"UPSC Declares CDS-I 2023 Final Results: Triumph Unveiled for Aspirants in Combined Defence Services Examination!"

UPSC CDS Final Result 2023: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially declared the final results for the Combined Defence Services-I (CDS I) examination 2023. The results can be accessed on the UPSC’s official website at upsc.gov.in. Candidates who took part in both the written examination and the interview round can access and download the result PDF through the provided link on the official website.

UPSC CDS Final Result 2023: In order of merit, the 341 (*242 + ^105) candidates who have successfully qualified based on the results of the Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2023, conducted by the Union Public Service Commission. These candidates also underwent interviews conducted by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence for admission to the (i) *Officers Training Academy, Chennai, for the 119th Short Service Commission Course (Men) (NT) (UPSC) and (ii) ^Officers Training Academy, Chennai, for the 33rd Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical) (UPSC) Course, commencing in April 2024. The list for the 119th Short Service Commission (Men) (lrlT) (UPSC) Course includes the names of candidates recommended earlier based on the same examination results for admission to the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala, and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course(s).

The official website has published the names of 341 candidates who have ultimately qualified, determined by the results of the Combined Defence Services Examination (I), 2023.

UPSC CDS Exam 2023: Merit List Criteria and Mark Availability

According to the recently issued brief notice, the merit list has been compiled without considering the results of the Medical Examination for candidates. The Army Headquarters will now be responsible for verifying the date of birth and educational qualifications of the shortlisted candidates.

As per the same notice, the candidates’ marks will be accessible on the Commission’s website within 15 days from the final results declaration date and will remain available for a period of 30 days.
