Indian Army Agniveer Recruitment 2024 Salary

Selected candidates for the Agniveer program in the Armed Forces will receive an initial yearly financial package of Rs. 4.75 lakhs, increasing to approximately Rs. 6.92 lakhs by the fourth year.
Along with the annual package, candidates will be entitled to various allowances, covering risk, hardship, ration, dress, and travel.
Seva Nidhi: Agniveers contribute 30% of their monthly salary to the Seva Nidhi package, with the government matching their contribution. After four years, they receive a lump-sum payment of Rs. 11.71 lakhs from the Seva Nidhi package, along with interest.
Death Compensation: Agniveers are covered by a non-contributory life insurance policy of Rs. 48 lakhs. Additionally, their families receive an ex-gratia payment of Rs. 44 lakhs in case of death in the line of duty.
