RCFL MT Recruitment 2024: Application Fee

• A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000 plus bank charges and applicable taxes (GST) is required for Management Trainee posts.
• This fee applies to General, OBC, and EWS category candidates.
• Payment can be made through internet banking or credit/debit card.
• SC, ST, PwBD, ExSM, and female candidates do not have to pay the application fee.

RCFL MT Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Management Trainee (Chemical):

• Must have a regular and full-time 4-year B.E. / B. Tech. degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or Chemical Technology from institutions approved by UGC/AICTE.
• Regular and full-time dual, integrated, or allied degrees are also accepted, provided Chemical or Petrochemical is specified in the degree along with other allied subjects, if any.

Age Limit

Maximum Age for Management Trainee (Chemical):

• The upper age limit as of June 1, 2024, for UR/EWS category candidates is 27 years.

• Training Period: Duration: 1 year
• Stipend: Rs. 30,000 per month
• Post-Training Absorption: Grade: E1
• Pay Scale: Rs. 40,000 – 140,000
